Since more than ten years I am working as Head of Legal and HR in SMEs in the automotive and IT sector. For that matter I advise the executive board in legal matters on several occasions during the week and participate in regular company strategy meetings. As head of HR I initiated and realized a number of reorganizations as well as I installed and established several processes e.g. in recruiting or posting of workers. As a result of the close cooperation with the persons responsible I am familiar with commercial issues and typical internal problems of an undertaking.

Decision criteria, adding value and organization of companies fascinated me so much that I studied economics at the University of Saarland extra-occupational between 2006 and 2009 and finished as valedictorian. For my master thesis I won the Werner Osthoff Award.

Regularly I am board member of daughter companies.

I studied law at the Ruhr-University of Bochum, the graduate school of public management in Speyer, and finished at the regional court Essen.

I am member of the Society of HR managers and of Soroptimist International.
